Civil Motions and Hearings Fees

 

Amador Superior Court Clerk's Office hours of operation are 9:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday. The Court House will be open 8:00 am to 5:00 pm for access to the courtrooms. But the public counters are unavailable until 9:30 am.

The fee to file any motion or ex parte motions can be found on our fee schedule.

 

Stipulation and Order

There is a fee of $20.00 to file a stipulation and order, except for a stipulated judgment or structured settlement agreement, plus any first paper fees due on behalf of any defendant, respondent, or intervenor, who has signed the stipulation and has not already paid such fees.

 

Order After Hearing

There is no fee for an order after hearing.
